A mask that restores radiance

You need 2 full tablespoons of rice flour. It is her mask that will reduce the production of sebum and prevent the formation of blackheads. * Rice flour also has a rejuvenating effect due to the content of oryzanol, which has more than ten times stronger antioxidant properties than vitamin E. * One teaspoon of cold pressed wheat germ oil. It not only stimulates the formation of new cells, but also makes the skin smooth and soft. * The last ingredient is a tablespoon of natural yoghurt. Its addition will refresh and gently brighten our complexion.
Mix all ingredients together and apply the mask to previously cleansed skin.
Leave the mask on the skin for about 20 minutes and then rinse it with lukewarm water.
You can now apply your favorite cream or oil.

A mask that restores a radiant appearance

*Grate half a sour apple on a fine grater or throw it into a blender.
* To this add 2 tablespoons of lean cottage cheese and a teaspoon of squalane.
* If you don't have squalane, add a teaspoon of olive oil.
Blend all ingredients into a homogeneous mass and apply it on previously cleansed skin.
Leave for about 20 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
Thanks to acids, this mask gently brightens the skin. But most importantly, it will restore the skin's fresh, youthful glow and make the skin soft, even silky to the touch.

Moisturizing banana mask

This mask is easy to make and, importantly, every skin will like it. Especially in spring, but also when it just needs hydration.

* We need half a banana. We can crush it with a fork, but we can also throw it into a blender.
* We add a teaspoon of freshly squeezed orange juice to it,
* teaspoon of avocado oil. You can apply such a mask on cleansed face skin for up to 30 minutes.
