Make your own refreshing-relaxing blend :
Put 4 drops of lemon balm, 2 drops of rosemary and 1 drop of eucalyptus into a diffuser with water.

Application:

Place a few drops of one or more oils in an aromatherapy fireplace.

The oils in this set used singly or in any mixture make a great relaxing and refreshing blend for use in the sauna.
