USES:

• anxiety states
• tonic for the nervous system
• mental fatigue
• antimicrobial
• insomnia

Massage:

• Best used in combination with other unscented oils (argan, jojoba, almond)
  5 -10 drops of lavender essential oil for every 10 ml of base oil

Inhalations:

• 1-2 drops of oil add to a pot of hot water, cover the head with a towel and inhale with eyes closed 2-5 minutes

Scented fireplace (inhaler):

• a few drops on water to disinfect the room

Surface washing:

• ideal for eco-home cleaning. A few drops into a bucket of water. For washing kitchen countertops, floors, disinfecting surfaces. For this purpose, especially recommended when there are pets and crawling children in the house.
