TREE set - essential oils for aromatherapy and sauna

The oils were selected to be a support in inhalation during:

* sleep problems, colds, stressful states - frankincense
* anxiety, bad moods and even depression - patchouli
* colds, cough, runny nose, headache, depression - black pepper, patchouli, frankincense
* cough, runny nose, flu - cedarwood, black pepper.

At our place, most often in a diffuser prophylactically during the autumn and winter weave their properties :
frankincense ( 2 drops ) with cedarwood ( 3 drops ) and a bit of patchouli ( 1 drop )


Application:

a few drops of one or more oils put in the fireplace for aromatherapy.

Oils from this set used individually or in any mixtures are a great relaxing-sensual mixture for use in the sauna.
