Ommm... mist for meditation, yoga

Ommm... is a connection to the Spiritual world, to the space of the Heart, it is a product created from a combination of precious essential oils, the synergy of which prepares the space for a special time of meeting with oneself.

When preparing a space for working with the body and mind, we make sure that the room is well ventilated, harmonious, comfortable and not distracting.
Such a complement to these preparations is our new mist, which contains precious essential oils strongly associated with the energy of meditation.

What are the most important oils in the blend?

Frankincense, which supports the work of the chakras, is known for its ability to relieve stress, feelings of anxiety and helps cope with depression.

Palo Santo - a sacred tree - purifies the air and mind, as it has the power to calm stress,- has a calming effect on the nervous system, visibly reducing feelings of anxiety.

Rosewood - calms, improves mood, relieves tension

Copaiba - relieves negative thoughts, helps to connect with the environment

Sandalwood - grounding, helps to open the "third eye", improves mood

Cedar - brings deep relaxation, helps to achieve a meditative state, helpful in rituals, opens

and so completely privately I will say that we are crazy about it ;) as fans of incense, oriental and "such" scents, we use the mist on a daily basis and momentarily transported to mystical spaces of distant lands.
We probably won't go back one day ;)
